The Company strictly complies with the Patent Law of the People’s Republic of China, Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, Copyright Law of the People’s Republic of China and Anti-unfair Competition Law of the People’s Republic of China and relevant intellectual property laws and regulations of the countries or regions where the businesses are located. The Company has set the Legal Affairs and Intellectual Property Management Department to formulate its intellectual property strategic planning, rules and regulations, establish intellectual property management guidelines and management systems, assist and guide various business departments to carry out intellectual property compliance work and risk investigation. Goertek respects the intellectual property rights of others, and ensures that the Company’s procurement, R&D, production and sales are compliant and legal.
